In event of delayed renewal of plan following additional charges apply:
- Renewal between 2 months and 12 months of previous plan expiration £89* additional charge
- Renewal after 12 months of previous plan expiration £269* additional charge

AVDI Replacement Service
In the event of loss of an AVDI, a replacement AVDI with existing activated functions will be provided for a minimal replacement charge of £499 within 10 business days of replacement charge payment ONCE during 12 month period plan is active. AVDI Replacement Service is not valid for the first 5 weeks of non-continuous AVDI Secure/Elite Plan activation.
PRIORITY Ticket Submission
Simple yet powerful ticketing system which allows files and videos to be added to tickets for quick resolution. Support desk manned by top AVDI professionals and fully integrated with the Abritus 72 development team. PRIORITY tickets average first response time is 90 business minutes or less.
