How it works
This is a bench-only procedure that requires minimal soldering. Here's a quick overview:
- Remove the dashboard and dismantle it to access the PCB
- Unsolder specific capacitors as shown in the wiring diagram
- Solder the CB501 cable (included in RH850 Programmer kit) to the PCB
- Write the new mileage using the ABRITES software
- Remove CB501 wires, restore capacitors, and solder the EM019 emulator in place – this must remain inside the cluster
