The ZN086 adapter for ABPROG is used for establishing communication with a specific type of processors.
This adapter is not a standalone tool, it is used in boot mode by directly soldering the wires to four points on the PCB.

These reading and writing functionalities are accessible via ABPROG Upgraded and Classic menus in the ABRITES software.
